I really love coming here. I drive a ton for my job and somtimes i look down and realize I need an oil change and if I am nearby I head to Kia of Bedford and if I am not I try to wait until I am. The staff is awesome and helpful. Todays was a great example. I had a low tire pressure light come on and broght my Sedona in and Eric was at my door in a heartbeat. He He check over my van and asked if i had noticed anything else that needed attention and sure enough I did... i told him my power doors were acting funny since the last ice storm. He quickly looked at the doors and found the problem. I had deactivated the doors accidently by hitting the wrong button in the overhead console. He fixed my problem and didnt make me fell silly or dumb. Tire was fixed a few minutes later and i made my meeting that morning with time.to spare. This is a five star team, and they have a customer for life with me!!

Mr Ozello explained what needed to be done, along with the associated costs before hand, which I really appreciated. The work was done in one visit, which was a relief.
