Dropped my car off Sunday night key in drop box as I was told by receptionist my appointment was 8:30a on Monday.. Received a call from Anthony about diagnosis price Monday morning never being told my car might not even be looked at that day. Made several calls to check on progress only to be constantly transferred to voicemail by rude receptionist that doesn’t even give you a chance to say 2 words. Finally got a friend to give me a ride to dealer around 4pm to get some answers. Car never even looked at. I lost a whole day of pay from work as I drive for a living. Never given option or told by receptionist or Anthony it may take more than a day for diagnosis where I could have gotten a rental car for Monday morning to go work. If y’all gonna be that busy the scheduling receptionist should informed people if they need to go should arrange for rental or other transportation as it could take more than a day for diagnosis and repairs.
He was easy to work with and very helpful.

It is always a pleasure to get what you want done to your car when you bring it in that makes it very pleasant when you don't have to explain why you don't want to pay for something that's not due yet.
I never received my receipt in the mail as I was told. He was very short with me and hard to get in touch with Again I am still waiting on my receipt for service done on the car. Yes there was an issue with a vacuum part I still don’t know what it is and why I needed the part and what caused the issue.
The emergency brake light would not turn off on the car
I would say the service guy was decent but I felt like he was restrained from giving me important details on the issue or maybe he just did not know
The service manager was very nice and engaging when I had questions Maybe he should train the service reps to be more engaging and open when people are worried about their vehicles
