In the midst of this worldwide crisis, as usual, Eric was calm, professional, friendly and extremely helpful! He continues to make me feel as if I am the most important customer that he has! He is a great communicator and he is incredibly kind. Eric is an excellent representative for your company and I really appreciate him!! His great customer service is the main reason I continue to come back and have my car serviced at the dealership.

Eric was fabulous. Even in the midst of a pandemic he treated me with compassion and made me feel like my issue truly mattered. He was up front about damage and the estimates. Some places talk down to or belittle young women, but this was not my experience at all at Kia of Bedford. Very satisfied.

Consider the consumer time as a priority and schedule people in a manner that you can provide the needed services. 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable.
