Every time I or my family has dealt with Anthony we have had issues. So much so that my mom no longer wants to have her car serviced there. He is very condescending and I don't like the way he speaks to people.
After being transferred several times I was finally connected to James although the question I was asking was for financing he didn’t transfer me a fourth time he placed me on a brief hold an found out about my warranty an even though I felt his customer service was unmatched on the phone he topped his self when I arrived at Kia to have my vehicle serviced if I had to define above an beyond for your customer to one person it would be James ozello
