The oil cap was not put back on my car before leaving. I drove all the way home to Cuyahoga Falls without one. Oil was everywhere under the hood and leaking from the bottom. I was told they would get it cleaned up and fixed. There is still oil all over the inside of the hood I smell oil everything I drive it making me think they did not get all of the oil cleaned up. This car is a lease and I am afraid that if anything is wrong with this car due to poor attention to detail I will be liable for the repairs. After receiving my car the next day I didnt receive any paper work letting me know what was cleaned and what happened.

As far as the service though it took longer than expected and because of COVID 19 NO POPCORN lol I had a very pleasant service person who was personable and that really goes a long way. I don't normally use dealer service but this experience has changed my mind.
