You all need more help .I realized that you all were short handed but in the future please don’t schedule peoples when you don’t have appropriate staffing just move them to another day.I’m just saying
The amount I had to pay was ridiculous, I’ve never had to pay that much for a maintenance appt, then you wanted even more to oil my brakes. I will never lease another car from there

Rep does not need to contact me. Part was sent back but was not informed despite 3rd time I've come for this repair. Wasn't ordered previously despite coming for the service. Informed of my vacation but kept calling me while on vacation to schedule this service. Ridiculous!
My car had protective plastic on the driver's seat and a paper floor covering, which I appreciated. The service was faster than quoted and the team members were courteous. Overall a good experience.
