Bill is the reason I continue to bring my car into DCH Audi for every service it needs. I know he is honest and he has a way of making you feel like you are part of the family. My husband who is a mechanic/fabricator also has the confidence that I am taken care of respectfully when my Audi needs to be serviced.

Just spent $8503.18 at your facility. Drive away & the red
Light for gas was on, the inside of car was dusty obviously
not cleaned after 2-weeks at your facility. In
addition Stephanie, who checked me in, says she would call
me to tell me when my car was ready. I heard nothing. I then
called your facility to be told she had left & my car was going
to take a further week. Very disappointing customer service.
