Somehow it was failed to be mentioned to me that the front windshield had sustained such damage that it had to be replaced and in its place was put a non OEM part. It may meet OEM specifications but when you’re selling a brand keep in mind to tell your customers that they are buying a car with recent damage where non Audi parts were used for replacement. Please do not hide behind carfax which very few people ever use to report accidents to. I have zero belief that Audi somehow failed to notice that the front windshield was not original. All Audi windows have an Audi 4 ring emblem. Mine has the emblem of a replacement part.

Everyone was very nice but I requested a new tire 5 weeks ago after they told me I needed one at the last service. I had to chase the matter with several texts, phone calls and finally a visit to the dealership to get it scheduled, there was no calling me back despite how urgent the situation until I paid a visit to the office and spoke to a salesman to help me get someone to return my call.

I was disappointed that you sprayed my car with water and just left it to spot. Given the price of Audi’s, and Audi service, I’d expect a complimentary wash.

Lindsey is a great account manager! She facilitated necessary repairs which proved challenging due to faulty parts ensuring that I as a customer am provided with alternate. Whichever or convenient ride to/from work. I really love working with Lyndsey - she is attentive , focused, listens to the customer and makes sure everything is done right.

The Showroom was nice. Our Salesperson Vonn was professional and ethical. The Manager Majd was very friendly and willing to please us. He was very good at his job and a real people person. Where it all went south was in Finance with Razi. While in her office, I felt like she was friendly and explained things well. However, in the aftermath, I then question her honesty and ethics. She upsold us the Audi care, to which of course we could have said 'no'.. However, being that we were there on a Sunday and the service center was closed, we could not ask them the price for any future services that she was asking us to prepay for audi care. She assured us that we were getting a great deal and saving us tons of money if we did the program. We were at the mercy of her integrity, thinking why would she not be in our best interest. So, we bought the Audi care. Come Monday morning I called the service center and if I did not buy the package, I would have saved myself over $400. We bought three future maintenance care services and as it turns out, she sold us one of those that was already included in the car. I emailed her on Monday to cancel the Audi care that she sold us at an inflated price and did not hear back from her till Wednesday, to which her reply was, sorry, it is too late now. I had to then go to Majd, to which he wanted to make things right and offered me a check to cover the difference. What I really wanted was to cancel the whole Audi package that I was sold and he could not do that. For that, I am dismayed at Audi for having employees oversell a package that if I did it separately, it would be cheaper (where is the value in buying this package to the customer?) and/or get my money back. NOT COOL.

Angel was great. They gave me an update on the car and let me know they would keep the car a few more days. He assured me I could use the loaner until I get my car back. He provided good customer service.

I had wanted the car washed but due to the length of the repair it was not. I was not willing to wait (and Angel was very appropriate at giving me the update on this), so I could not get washed. I want to stress that Angel was great and everyone outside was also wonderful

HUD unit is loose from its base. The problem is not fixed, and it’s even worse when the car is handed back to me. I will have to make another appointment. Also, the car smells like oil for days. The communication is the worst I have ever experienced. I have to call multiple times just to get an update. No one ever responded to my text messages.
