Somewhat satisfied due to the time my truck to be fix. More than a week and somehow their work was not done properly and went back for a second time.

I feel he should have kept me informed without my constantly texting and calling him. My engine light went on in my dashboard and I didn’t know what was wrong. My car is 19 years old so anything is possible. I had a lot of work done last year and I only have 93,000 miles on it. I took it in on Wednesday morning and by 4:00pm I hadn’t heard from him. I called him and he explained everything thoroughly. The next day, Thursday, I didn’t hear from him so I called and left a message- no response. I texted him and got no response. I called directly to Toyota and he finally told me they were done but it wouldn’t be available until Friday. He did text me that my car was ready to be picked up. I would have appreciated it if he would have kept me updated on his own as others have in the past. I have been a customer for 15 years so I can make an honest comparison.
Poor customer service, lack of communication from service department, disrespectful service from cashiers towards customers

I presented a 20% coupon for the service I requested when I dropped off my vehicle. After picking it up and reviewing the paperwork, I noticed only 15% was discounted, even though the 20% coupon was noted in the comments. I called right away, explained the situation, and was told I would have to wait to talk to Andy Ayon. I have yet to receive a call back. I normally receive stellar service, but I’m left disappointed by this experience.

I was consistently misquoted on how much the service would cost. I was told one price and it would always come back higher than expected. I understand that the advisors have a base price and that it could differ based on the mechanic working on it but ultimately it was disheartening to think I would be able to afford a specific fix and then being called to be informed that it was actually double the price and now out of my affordability. I ended up leaving without fixing a thing and I can confidently say it was the first time I was ever treated that way at this Toyota and it put a bad taste in my mouth.

Joaquin always provides excellent, efficient, and professional service. He either texts or calls us to let us know when the vehicle is ready and is able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. I feel like we have become friends over the years that we have taken our vehicles to Toyota of Orange. Joaquin is a great asset to your service team!
Aaron wind kind, courteous, and efficient. I arrived early for my appointment and he took care of me all the same. The whole department had me on my way in a timely manner. This really made my day run smooth. Thank you to Aaron and the rest of the staff I encountered!
