They quoted 29 dollars for filter but when I get to the cashier. It was 49.

Disappointed by my experience this week. Car was dropped off on Thursday and expecting work to be completed Friday. Repair was not completed until end of day Monday because of multiple delays due to parts (which I was not informed of beforehand).

No way Im coming back here to purchase and have my car serviced. Not all Toyota dealerships are bad BUT the service here is just the worst - will charge you thousand of dollars then after they “fix” your vehicle they will tell you “well it’s drivable but if you don’t want your tires to wear you just need to pay us another $1800 and we will get that fixed!”. Terrible.

For tire rotations, they switched only two tires that were on the same side. They found a nail in my tire and they said it was unrepairable but it was later patched up quickly by a mechanic.
