Your service was disappointing as I bought a 2018 GMC Canyon Denali Duramax with wireless charging for my iPhone 8 that never has worked and now I learn yesterday GMC wants the customer to pay for the fix, of a known issue. I estimate the fix will cost me around $800. Not acceptable. My truck is still under bumper to bumper. This known defect may seem small to service, but it is sad this is what GMC does to their customers.

Robert was very good! The only problem was some work that was previously done was misdiagnosed while under warranty now I am expected to pay for the repair when correctly diagnosed. Robert was to check on wether it could done as a warranty item. I have not heard a response. Otherwise very happy.

When I dropped off my 2018 GMC Sierra for a routine 25,000 mile oil change service, the service manager recommended that a brake fluid exchange was recommended. I asked him was that in accordance with the normal maintenance service interval and he replied yes. It is recommended every 20,000 or annually whichever comes first. I thought it was strange, but accepted the service, paid $180 and left with my truck. Upon reviewing the owners manual, the normal and severe maintenance schedules do not recommend brake fluid changes until 5years. Based on this, either the software GM is using at the dealerships is flawed or the dealerships themselves are taking advantage of customers by recommending maintenance services that are not required. I filed a complaint with this dealer and am awaiting response. This is not acceptable service and am very disappointed.
