Our visit began just with an oil change. Tim let us know that we needed two front tires and allignment. We were surprised with that news. Tim kindly called for Lift driver to take my husband and me home. When our car was ready for pickup, Tim called us and arranged for another Lift driver to pick us up. We have had Tim be our Service Advisor for over4 years. We appreciate his kindness to us and takes the time to explain what needs to be done.

Jose treated me in a very professional manner, informiing what my options were with out trying to pressure me. As a woman that kind of treatment displays respect for my intelligence. The car industry can be very sexist & ageist. I am 76 years old & service providers try to call me sweetheart or other stupid terms. Your agent didn’t do any of that. I just enjoyed his doing his job competently. I also appreciated speaking to him in both English & Spanish.
