First of all I would like to say that my service technician Robert Mandgie did an exceptional job is far as I’m concerned he went above and beyond the job is complete in a very exceptional timeline and he went above and beyond to try to get me compensated. My warranty went over by 75 miles and 10 days. So they were not able to pay for the air-conditioning condenser 100%. I was very dissatisfied with that but was completely not Robert‘s fault he tried and did get a partial payment from corporate office . The problem with my air-conditioner happened to three other vehicles in the same week I was told a problem with the weld on the condenser that is definitely a defect factory defect I should not have had to pay anything I had to pay almost $700 out of my pocket to me this is unacceptable. I’ve always prided myself on being a GM man I have owned several GM trucks since the age of 16 I am 53 now and I am very disappointed .And I’m a little embarrassed because the vehicle that I have always praise and sworn by is not backing their product up I don’t know if I will buy another one and I was planning to do so within two years..
