Two hours waiting for my car when I was the first car in the morning seems a bit excessive. I took my other car to another dealer the week before and was in and out in an hour. Doesn’t make sense when I take the time to make an appointment and still have a two hour wait.

I did not receive calls / texts until after the fact. The service advisor is very friendly and knows his business. Just receiving it in a timely manner would have been helpful. I would have gotten more work done had I received it.

I was given information about my vehicle that was not accurate. Was told that my vehicle would be ready on the 9th when my car was dropped off on the 8th. Didn’t hear form Tim all day on the 9th, so I called to find out the latest of my car. Tim was not helpful and told me he could not tell me the latest of my car because the mechanics all went home. (I called at 5:40) I asked if he would let me know the latest of my vehicle when he could or am I going to have to call him to find out, he told me that he will let me know when the car would be done and ready to be picked up, and if that is not soon enough to my standards than I could call and find out. Tim called me on 4/8/19 to inform me that my aviator was faulty due to the lack of oil in my vehicle, I told him that I had two thousand miles left until I have to get my oil changed again by the GMC mechanics and he told me that that oil he was speaking of was not the oil that gets changed when I go for an oil change. Which was incorrect. When I called on the 9th we only spoke of when my vehicle would be ready and how he told me my car would be ready on the 9th and no later than Wednesday. When I picked my car up on the 10th I asked Tim to show me the tank which he stated I should be checking every thousand miles myself and add more oil when low. He asked me if I knew how to pop open my hood. I told him I did and he proceeded to show me the exact same tank where the oil gets changed out of. He was then telling me what the mechanics did to my vehicle and he stated that there is a leak in the engine, and they had to change out half the engines worth of oil. I asked if the sticker on my windshield was updated to the new 6 thousand mile time frame to get my oil changed and he said no. To come back in the two thousand miles to get it changed. I asked why they did not change my oil since it was here and since they “changed half the engines worth of oil” and he stated said that he asked me on the phone if I wanted to have them change my oil and I told him no, which was completely false since I had to get ahold of him and ask him questions of my car. He continued to argue with me about that fact he did not ask me and he then told me “you must have had a lot going on, because I told you and you said no” he was so rude and not helpful at all. I then got home and in my center console, I found a receipt dating 4/9/19, for jack in the box. Where my vehicle was in the mechanics hands all day and I was lead to believe that it was undrivable and being worked on, since it was there the 8th, 9th and 10th at around 530 when I picked up my vehicle. I have always had my vehicle taken to gmc for time ups and oil changes and I have never had such a negative experience. It was so unprofessional and makes me not want to give my service there again.
