I went to south county buick for oil change with tire rotation. After the service was done and was handed my keys. First thing i checked was the tire pressure. I noticed that the tire pressure are still the same on all four tires but in different spot which means they were rotated but the pressure are still the same. I came back inside to ask jose if they checked the tire pressure when they rotated the tires. He answered “yes they did” like he was absolutely sure and like he was there when they did. And I told him that the tire pressure are still the same. And he said it will change when i start driving. When i got home the pressures are still the same. But i thought maybe it was a short drive. But i was worried because the next day i am going on a long drive with my family. I got an oil change even though i don’t need it yet but because i wanted to make sure that me and my family are safe when we go on a long drive. I was driving for 30 mins already in the freeway but the tire pressures are still the same. I had to stop at the gas station to get air for the tires. He put my family at risk!!! And wasted our time looking for somewhere to fix the tire pressure. I won’t be coming back there for services and will be writing reviews about this.
