Everything was great. Check in, service cost, Lyft ride, pick up of my ca all great. Only thing I think needs some work is when you wash a car it needs to be dried better.

I took my Yukon Dinali in on July 23 and I did not receive it back until September 11 for a transmission heat sensor you guys had it for seven weeks in the shop I had to make two car payments while my car was in the shop but other than that Robert was fantastic as far as helping me out but way too long for me not to have my car with those kind of car payments

Lost a part off my car that actually covers the hitch area. Part is part of the bib cover for the hitch it's the middle part where it uncovers the hitch in a trailer attachment. Actually I drove down the road went into the store looked at it after I came out and it was gone he showed me where the hitch was at and then took off the peace and put the piece back on but it wasn't secure enough and I lost that part driving from the dealership to the store
