Eric didn’t help me but a wonderful lady, (I forget her name) answer my many questions and gave me insight to my next purchase. She was great! In fact she helped me wife when she pick up the car. Best service I have ever received at a dealership.
Erik told me the service would take approximately 3 hours and offered to take me home. I opted to wait for my car so he had the technicians prioritize my car and got me out of there in half the time so I'm very satisfied and thankful.
I appreciated my service person. She was nice, answered questions and provided trustworthy information about my car and the installation of CarPlay. Paisley was also respectful of my time and that is very valuable to me particularly because I always wait nearby for service to be completed. Thank you very much!
