I was very happy with my appointment yesterday. The only negative comment I had was that the appointment took over 2 hours. When I was told an hour to an hour and a half. Other then that I have no complaints. Erik was very friendly and kept me up to date with the whole process.

I’m glad u have lyft as a complimentary for us, I have to jobs and work about 15 hours a day and waiting for my car would had been downgraded for me, 1:30 wait could had been 1:30 more of sleep that I usually don’t have, but thanks for the lyft they took me home slept for about 2:30 they called another lyft for me to go pick me up and get my car awesome thanks

I did try calling there twice to make an appt and no one answered the phone either time. I did wind up making an appt online and once my car was there the service was great. Just feel there should be someone that could answer the phone when you call

My rep did the best he could with the resources available. However, we had difficulties communicating via text, as my messages weren’t getting through and psossibly vice versa. There was also a discrepancy in the prices listed for the services between the website and the shop. I also have an ongoing issue with having to revise the final contract to reflect the “cardholder discount”. It would be great if the system could identify returning customers and provide an automatic discount to avoid the inefficiency.
