I was told my service would take an hour and 45 minutes, I asked her if that could be expedited if possible. After 2 hours I went to check on my car and it was done, the keys were already there for who knows how long. I had also asked her if they could put my front license plate on for me, since I couldn’t get the bolts off to do it myself. That didn’t get done.

My experience was great!! I made an appt. that morning. When I came in, I was greeted and taken care of right away. They ordered a Lyft for me, and called me as soon as my car was ready. Super friendly and helpful!

Tom was great. He explained what the plan would be and then sent me a text to let me know the status of my car. No repair was needed, I had accidentally hit the child lock window button, and couldn’t raise the front passenger window. They did not charge me and even washed the car! I did not get the name of the gentleman that returned my car, but he was great too! Just explained where that master lock was so I could avoid it in the future. Rather embarrassing, but I was treated so well. Thanks for giving the kind of service people want but don’t always get!!
