Well, I’m extremely grateful to Mary as your Service Mgr plus Eric... your Service Drive Mgr too.. A comparison with Patterson’s HB Mazda illicits a complete opposite of service PR... they’re losing biz because they just don’t seem 2 care anywhere near as much as the Service side of your store.... I ought 2 know as I had an IADA dlrship from ‘73-‘93: Zweifel South Coast Exotic Cars, Inc... e.g., serving OC....

Thank you Luis and the whole Mazda team for taking care of my car, also returned to me WASHED! Which I wasn’t expecting but definitely was grateful! Luis was efficient and trustworthy, I didn’t know my car was still under warranty and he informed me of that, also I'm grated the team has the car fixed fairly quickly. I’m proud to me a Mazda customer and will most likely be one for my future cars as well.
