Mohammad was my service advisor. He was very professional, empathic & kept me informed on the status of my suv. However, he knew that I was not happy with having to bring a brand new car in for service already, especially if it was having transmission issues. He listened to my concerns without any expressed judgement. He expressed confidence that the issue could be resolved.
