At the time of check-in it would be nice to be given an approximate time estimate.
In addition, any service coordinator should be able to pull up a status work update. I was told I had to return to my intake service coordinator in order to find out the status of my car.
All I was having done was replacing the headlamp. my check-in was 10:19 and at 11:35 was told another 15-20" - without a car wash.

I asked 2 Service Reps about the “Service Tire Mobilty Kit” warning. They both had a vague understanding of what was required. Both promised to find out the details and neither one did. The last even promised to call me but never did. I still would like to know what the service entails and how much it costs, even though I’m sure I would not spend money on this type of system.
Went in for a spare tire repair. Told them I had used the kit of my Ecosport on the tire that went flat. Was never asked or told if wanted to replace the kit or if I wanted a spare tire.
Only thing was I waited 30 min fir my car to go home and it was already parked out front but I was in waiting room and didn’t know! My advisor was at lunch or I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened. Overall was a good experiebce
