First service with my new truck everything was great I even liked the fact that you can see into the maintenance shop while they’re working from the waiting area haven’t seen that before and was able to be right there where my truck is being worked on. Service was great quality was great and the speed was good

I trusted William with making sure my care was maintenanced properly. This is also the only Ford dealer / auto maintenance shop that I trust to do any kind of work on my vehicle. I just want to say thank you and if I had more, I would give William and the maintenance team a tip. also I like Williams keyboard how it lights up, LOL, thanks again!
My complaint is this. Ross told me Wednesday that he had to order the part and that the car would be ready on Thursday midmorning. I never received a call from Ross. I found out later that he got injured— I’m sorry to hear that but someone else should have called me. I called Ross at 11:11 and left a message. No response. I called at 2:01. No response. I called at 3:02. No response. I thought by now that the switchboard person would have figured out that Ross was injured and had gone home. Finally, at 3:29 I called and requested to talk to anyone in Setvice. I talked to Junior. He told me that he would look into it. I got a call back at about 3:40 that my car was ready. I was not happy of this situation. This is not the way to do business if you want me to return to Ford of Orange!
Edgar was very helpful, professional and polite.
Joel was awesome as was Jason. The only issue I have is that the tech did not reconnect the steering wheel heater or damaged it leaving it unusable.
Joel was great!!! But they lost my kids. I waited an extra hour. Some guy had them in his pocket the whole time. Not Joel’s fault he is the best.
It is always great experience at Ford of Orange. Villa Ford is nothing like you guys. I know it is the same owner for both dealers but Villa Ford’s service center is the worst. In fact I think they charged me for my oil change!
Edgar baron was extremely helpful. He made sure my car was taken care off quick and simple. Really satisfied with the service. Will surely be back for my future services.

Will from the Service dept was awesome. Very friendly and informative.
However, I found out that the issue with my vehicle was not covered under my warranty which is opposite of what I was told when I was explained tbe warranty. I was told everything bumper to bumper which was not the case.
Took care of the scheduled maintenance.
Took care of a warranty issue of a faulty battery cable.
Finished in time frame estimated.
