William was great, I have nothing bad to say about him or his help. I would give him a 8.5 out of 10 (excellent). I understand that you guys (Mills Ford) has a lot of over head. I bought a extended policy when I purchased my truck from Mills Ford.Today it cost me a $160 to be told what was wrong with the stero in my truck and it wasn't covered under the policy I had purchased with a $100 deductible. I can guarantee you that 80% if not more that have the same extended warranty as I do walk out with just paying $100 for the deductible there's always a hidden cost somewhere in there??? So today was another great day for (Mills Ford) and as far as the costumer? Well I can tell you this I'm out of a $160 and my stero is still not working. It would have cost me a little bit over $800 to be fixed. It's a (audio module) not a complete stero system. Who is your supplier for your warehouse? NASA. This piece what is needed is masproduced by the millions. It's not going in the space shuttle. Thanks for taking the time to read my comment. Eventhough I don't think anybody will read it,because I believe nobody at Mills Ford really cares. I take that back maybe 10% to 15% at tops may care but the other 85 or 90% won't even listen or care.
