Edgar Barron exceeded my expectations! I’ve owned my Edge for nearly 6 years now. Last year I took my car to be serviced by Ken Gordy Ford in Buena Park. I left extremely unhappy and felt as though my concerns were diminished because I am a female. I was hesitant to bring my car in this time around given my past experiences, but decided to give it a shot since I purchased a premium extended warranty. I dropped my car off with Edgar on Monday around 3:30, he was extremely polite and friendly from the very beginning. I explained my concerns with the air conditioner and my passenger side door. Edgar immediately started up my air and knew exactly what I was talking about. It was making a weird clicking noise and finally I felt relief that someone knew what I was talking about especially since Ken Gordy ignored my concerns twice and couldn’t “replicate” the problem. Edgar was not only friendly but extremely responsive, he texted me right away to let me know the status of my car and what needed to be repaired and advised that it would be covered by my warranty. He texted me the following morning to let me know that my Edge was ready to be picked up after it was washed first. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Edgar and Ford of Orange. I am a Quality Assurance Specialist retailer that is known for their customer service, and I can tell you first hand it’s people like Edgar that make a difference in your company and make returning customers. Thanks to Edgar I can now drive with my air conditioner on in peace and quiet! Thank you!
