Edgar is great, always is. My problems are always with other parts of the dealership. This particular time with the new airbag assembly; it shouldn’t take a week and a half to get a part in and completed for warranty work.

Joel’s customer service isn’t always a pleasure. But your labor amounts are insane!! Super overpriced and really discouraging to get service from where the model is from. That’s what makes people look for mechanics else where.

Great service, I always know my car is taken care of. Genaro was great at explaining all of my charges to me, helping with rates and discussing timelines. I was never surprised by what I was charged or when my car was complete. Very happy with Ford of Orange!
