Will was the best and most helpful Ford employee we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Ford of Orange isn't the closest dealership to our home but because of our experience with Will, Ford of Orange will be our new location of choice for servicing our vehicle.

Jason greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He tried to upsell me with a couple of things, but wasn’t too pressuring. He had my vehicle ready when I needed it to be. If JR isn’t available the next time I’m in for service, I will definitely seek Jason Yee. I had a previous positive experience with JR when Quick Lane was still around and he went above any beyond to improve upon a very negative prior service experience I had had with another service advisor.

I would also like to commend Sarah Posell for providing assistance. After waiting only 15 minutes, Sarah informed me that my car would not be ready Fri as the mechanics were way too busy before the Holiday. Sarah provided me with a status update and arranged a ride home instead of waiting 2 hours to discover the car would not be available until the following morning. The customer service Sarah provided to me went above and beyond expectations. Because of Sarah, I have complete confidence leaving my car in your care.
