Tomas is so nice - - he was personable and very professional. I really appreciated the care in his customer service skills; he made me feel I could trust the dealership with my vehicle, and because of him I feel more comfortable being a returning customer for my vehicle's maintenance, whereas in the past, I would often go to a family friend's auto shop for my car's needs.
