I was very pleased with the service from Don! Don is personable , polite and knowledgeable! No problem there. But I was disappointed when I wasn’t able to get my car washed after my maintenance service. The valet did ask if it was alright that my car was not washed and I did say it was alright because I did not want to wait any longer to pick up my car.

The service advisor that was assigned to me yesterday (04-17-2024) knows his job and since its my first time at Lexus Westminster,he did excellent job,giving me a warm treatment and show to me the waiting room. I am very impressed upon seeing the waiting room,its very cool,relaxing,cozy place. Bathroom is clean.

Vehicle promised April 14, 2024. I went to dealership on April 17, 2024 at 12 noon and waited 4 hours til 4pm. Loan car received not washed. I told attendant sand in front and back seats. At home I noticed all floor mats with white pet hair.
