It’s more about the part should have been a recall item. GM knows how many of these condensers are going bad due to weld joint. $55,000.00 dollar truck 62,000 miles I can’t even get it paid for before I have a $1,300.00 repair? Service was ok. Only problem with service was, said the bill was going to be lowered by a certain amount, but wasn’t lowered to that amount. Just not happy with GMC products right now. Had a 2010 Acadia, front ac went out (condenser)rear ac (evaporator)Then they tell me the motors going bad. Less than 100,000 miles. Why would I buy another GMC?

I will not deal with John in the future. He didn’t call like he said he would to inform me of the current situation with my truck. He left without calling and when I went to get my vehicle other staff had to step up and do his job for him.
