He got right to the problem and got it fixed!!
It’s not the service and parts department they were helpful. The other departments are very unhelpful and your always waiting for answers and don’t deliver on what you ask them to do.

The service which I received yesterday from Central Buick GMC was excellent. The service was delivered on schedule, in a timely manner, by well trained and experienced technicians and well coordinated by friendly and competent service writers.

Poor service management. Phone calls not answered. No updates given unless I called. Then to find out vehicle was " lost in paperwork" after being there 3 days. A " day to day and half fix" took 8 days. Vehicle loan service employee helped more than any service employee. Very disappointed in the simple ability to manage vehicles and update customers.
