The servicing of the vehicle was excellent. The only negative on my part was that the female attendant in the office ignored me. I was second in line and she helped someone who came in after me and then the next person to come in. The gentleman at the desk was **** with the first person who was in line (this patron had no work order, etc. so he was running down the paperwork/serviceman she needed to see). As soon as he helped her, then he politely took my keys and sent me on my way. The female attendant made no effort to help me or even make eye contact. We purchased our GMC in Walnut Ridge but own a home here now so we really want to service our vehicles here. Maybe she was having a bad day but she had to notice I was behind customer #1.
They did not fix the wind noise. I am going back again tomorrow
I was waiting for almost 2 hours for an oil change.
This visit was very lengthy,,3hrs for someone to take 2 rides in my truck then state on the paperwork that you could not duplicate the problem, it is not hard to find a shifting issue, it can be felt on a short ride or can be denied if a person doesn't want to find it.
It took nearly two hours for a 20 minute job. Extremely slow.

Mr Turner has helped me before with my service needs and remembered me from the past. Makes you feel at welcomed at Central. He gets my gold star this week.
I appreciate the cooperation of Central Buick GMC and particularly Kaleem Robert Wilson during this time pandemic shutdown. We live in an independent housing complex directed Arkansas State Government thus we were in lockdown and trying to coordinate repair of my Buick could have been rather stressful but Kaleem followed through and let me know what was happening in efforts to repair my in a timely manner. Me kaleem is very unfriendly. I tried to carry on a conversation and he never replied. As I walked to the lounge to wait on my car I said thank you... no response from him. I love Central Buick and I choose to have my oil changed there. There are other options.

He got me in and out of the service Dept quickly. He saw me drive up for my appointment and grabbed my keys to take my Yukon to the service area!! I was in and out in less than a 1/2 hour for a oil change, tire rotation and other service inspections!
Friendly polite Young man. Good at his job.
