Appointment was at 1, employee called said my truck was ready. When I showed up we wasn’t sure where my keys were and my truck hasn’t been touched yet. After all said and done it was 3pm before I left with my vehicle.
Whoever is in charge of this survey, should officially recognize people like Kaleem.
He not only took care of my immediate issues, he listened and helped me with more.
If Kaleem doesn’t work at Central GMC in Jonesboro next time, I will try to find out where he works so I can take my truck to wherever he might be at.

My service job was fast and when the guy brought my truck around to service entrance I watched him wipe the driver side down to help stop the spread of germs

Kaleem was the associate that took care of me. As a matter of fact, he always takes great care of me when I have my vehicle serviced. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He is also very accommodating to the customer’s needs and situation. Because of that, I always choose Central to service my vehicles!
They do a good job of trying to satisfy customers.
They were nice and took care of us in a very timely manor.
It ultimately took 3 days to complete what was scheduled for one day. While delivery of product did pushback installation of bed cover, it was still disappointing to have to give up 2 days for full installation of equipment on a new purchase.
I had both of my cars serviced this week. He was very nice and courteous.
The only thing that seemed a bit unusual was the long wait for the services. I know I was an hour early but even with that not being done until I think 12:15 seems long for tires. Other than that it was fine.
People were friendly, but time was terrible- hour and a half for an oil change. Had an appointment and did not expect that long. No one said a word to me for an hour and a half, very frustrating.
