Tom. Did a great job communicating with me. On the other had my truck has been there 3 times in the last week for the same problem and I live an hr away. Definatly pretty frustrating.

Your service department must work in slow motion. It took over an hour to change 4 tires. Then another 45 minutes (and $100) to “diagnose” why the temperature wouldn’t display on the drivers info center; which miraculously was completed when I told the service rep I had waited long enough and had to leave. To top everything off I was told you would then charge me another $100 to install the $35 part to fix the issue. Needless to say I did not schedule you to fix the problem. So I guess you could say the only thing I’ll have you do for me in the future is my oil changes. I supposed I can get accustomed to that taking an hour and a half. By the way just for comparison I had a competitor of yours change 4 tires on my pickup Monday in under 1/2 hour. Maybe you should have them train your technicians. Communication is ridicules.
My truck was kept over night the first trip with no calls or updates. It is fortunate I don’t rely on one vehicle for transportation .
Second experience. No better. I had to call at the end of the day and get a update to see if it was even ready.
So for workmanship seems okay.

Because I came with a starter problem and I left with a slipping clutch problems. From y’all guys ripping up and down the interstate in my car like a crazy person I now have no way to go thanks to y’all. Start out with the starter problem and end up on foot shame on y’all
