Brought my car in for tire pressure issues and shift to park issues. Pick it up at 3:00 only to leave work at 5:00 and the tire pressure light goes off AGAIN!!! It was NOT fixed. Central truly has the worst customer service EVER!! I will be calling again tomorrow to make another appointment to get my car fixed AGAIN!! Complete waste of time and gas to keep having to do this. VERY UNSATISFIED!!

Car smells like gas inside and has dirt marks on door. Was supposed to be called to be informed if part would take an extra day or not to be delivered but was not called. My name is wrong in the computer and have asked three different people to correct it. I am hoping BJ will do it since he was the last one I spoke to. My car was fixed but I was also supposed to have an oil change done but it was not. I am still concerned that we fixed the broke part but could not figure out or fix the root cause. Will I be back? Yes. I just would like my experiences to be better.
