Second time seat had broken. Only 46000 miles. First time it was under warranty. Refused to admit it was defect. Called GMC and they told they if they would say it was defect they would pay. Dealer refused. Took it there first time waited 2 hours and then they came out and said needed more parts and would cost $100 more and would have to order parts. The next week parts were in. And I brought it in waited another 2 hours and they said they needed more parts. Gave me a loaner to drive until done the next day
I came in without an appointment to have my truck’s service engine light checked. They diagnosed the problem on the spot & offered to repair it right then & there. I was in & out in no time. Job well done.

My girlfriend stayed there for 4 hours without any indication of a completion time. The only thing she was told was that they were looking at a fuel injector. After being stuck there for four hours and numerous phone calls from me, she was told they wouldn’t be able to finish it that day and given a loaner. I was unable to contact kahlim as he was on the floor, but my girlfriend did say he was very polite and the only helpful person there. I tried to contact the service manager Kevin when I couldn’t get even poor customer service, but he did not answer or return my calls. When I tried to contact the general manager, they wouldn’t put me through or give me his extension. Although I know GM provides loaners, for warranty service, I know there are costs associated with that process, and understand not just letting customers use them. But to make her sit there for 4 hours without any information, and then give her one, is unacceptable. Any customer in any situation should be told if they are going to have to wait for that amount of time. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with the service at central Buick GMC of Jonesboro.
