I went in for and oil change but John came back to tell me it was time to consider front and rear differential service. I was not realize that it was time for this service. It was more than what I expected but went ahead and got it done since I was getting ready to go on a long trip. This set me back financially but realized this was a preventive service and would needed to be eventually done.????
Kaleem was very courteous and informative with the progress of the repair. The time it took for repairs was too long . The truck was in the shop for 12 days. The technicians. Should be allowed to work on one vehicle until it is finished and not to keep it in the shop while working on others.
Tire pressure monitor system on when vehicle returned to me. Was not on when dropped off for service. Oil change and tire rotation caused this?

Mr.Humphries provided to me excellent repair/maintenence services for my 1997 Yukon.
Have had vehicle in for transmission problems multiple times and Central GM tried as hard as they could but it never met the “criteria” GM had to fix the problem. Glad the big corporation has finally done at least something although that transmission has always been an issue. Central GM stellar in their customer service as far as they can go...
