Worst service I have ever had there. Girl called me to let me know that they recommended brake work, seal and air filter. When I ask what the seal was she said she didn’t know, screamed out on the phone to ask and they told her they were on 4 wheel drives, I don’t have 4 wheel drive. Didn’t know what anything cost,don’t know why she called me, Kept me **** for 15 min and I still didn’t know anything. I finally just told her to change the oil and filter. I didn’t trust them to do anything at this point. I also what told they would bring me my car after completed but I didn’t even get that, I was very disappointed

The service department is ridiculous. Half hearted attempts to call you back and no sense of urgency. Could care less. To worried about leaving at 5 on a Friday.

Once again, the entire team at Central GMC went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. From the moment I arrived until the vehicle was finished. I was even provided a complimentary vehicle to drive so that I could still get to and from work. All of the services were clearly explained to me and I felt very comfortable with the quality of the work that was done. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of my services. And everything was done in a timely manner.
