The appointment took 3 hours to rotate tires, that weren’t rotated on our last visit as we were told. The car needed to be hooked to the computer also, but I had to complain about the long wait before this was done. Was told the car should stay to duplicate problems but no loaner cars were available. I was told there was a waiting list??? We only have 1800 miles or less before end of warranty and I live an hour away.
