Very helpful in communicating the work progress on my vehicle during the time it was being worked on. Loaner vehicle helped with travel requirements.

I left with my car after it being in the shop for almost 3 weeks, 5 minutes later I had to return due to the same problems. I was told it was fixed again.... less than 2 hours later the same issues again!!!! I will be back first thing in the morning.

I was informed that I had a free oil change from when we had purchased our car last November. I called to make sure how long we had before it expired and they told me 2 years or 24,000 miles! I drove an hour and half to get the oil changed because it was a free one and then they said it had expired! Very frustrating that I went out of my way for this and still had to pay.
Lack of communication and no loaner vehicle. Could not get in contact with a service rep to help with issues. I had to drive to the dealership to talk to a service rep to determine my vehicle need to be towed and not safe to drive because nobody would answer the phone or return voicemails.

Every thing was great I was notified that my truck needed a cabin filter change I told them to do it. They did then called me when my truck was ready to go quick in and out service I waited on the service to be done and it was on a timely manner. Thank you Barry C
