You have not fix it Mr Wilson said they call me when you got the parts have not got call you didn't fix the recall it the service in all my day I was going to report you to the better business associated!!!!!! What a sham

Too expensive for a simple oil change. I will have to start doing them myself if the Chevrolet service is the same price. I usually pay around 50.00 but now it is 68.00

The staff was not super helpful. I had to wait in line to even find out if my truck was done being serviced.

I am never taken serious. I have problems but all I get is no codes and the truck has to learn how you drive. Not only does my truck have a miss and it's normal cause you should never feel the truck miss, it hits hard most of the time when driving or coming to a stop. Plus the internet/radio does work proper, Auto lights does not work properly all the time you have to wiggle the the blinker to get it to come on sometimes and then it doesn't. I pay alot of money for a truck that some how no one can fit anything. I don't like being talked down upon. I worked hard to get a new truck but it seems like no one anywhere has the knowledge or willing to put forth effort to fix. Granted I didn't buy it from you all but still is still a GNC and I still get crap upon don't matter where I bought it seems like if you would want someone to become a customer in the future you would help. But what I seen today even if they get a vehicle there don't get any better care. That came from a woman that was there before me.

I have had him in the past and always received the most best service please tell him so.
