Jon Kenney is simply the best customer service person (in any industry) I’ve ever worked with He is incredibly focused on each customer’s individual issue. He addresses your concerns quickly and to your satisfaction. He explains what the charges will be before the work is done. When your job is completed he makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I feel so very fortunate to have had him take care of a few issues I’ve had with my car.

John Kenny was very personable, professional, and kept me up to date with what was going on with my vehicle but I have not been happy with the service that Scottsdale Alfa Romeo has provided me after buying an expensive luxury car from them. I will be taking my Alfa Romeo somewwlse for service in the future.

I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours to replace windshield Blades and 1 left front running light. The person checking ne in was helpful But it is inconceivable that it should take 2 hours for this. This is not the first time It has taken a long time for a minor repair. Will try not to go their in the future.

The only thing i would suggest. I knew what theissue was when i brought in my car. The problem was intermittent and difficult to replicate. It came down to the battery terminal connector which was corroded. If the part was ordered when told this a second return cost would have been avoided.
