as long as Fiat is subject to the whims of Airpark Dodge service department, it will never be a stellar boutique dealership within a dealership. My service advisor Jon Tenney is very nice and well-intentioned, but after waiting 3 hours for a simple zaktek service, we together ask the cashier how this could be improved. she said there is no priority for customers waiting in the service lobby whose appointment does not include any other work, other cars can be put ahead of them. So they will do zaktek when it's convenient for them, not when it's convenient for the customer, which is never going to result in happy customers. Thankfully this was my sixth and final visit, and I won't be back.

Horribly disorganized, and don’t seem to actually care about customers after the initial purchase. Routinely get things wrong. Overal, one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Sadly, it doesn’t appear that they even care.
