I am very concerned about my ragtop. The company has torn it by rubbing too hard to get it out. Jon, this far has handled it quite well saying he needs to wait on his manager for the next move here. My wife and I were both there witnessing he agreed that it was damaged. We are expecting our money back for the cleaning of the ragtop and it fixed.

Car has been leaking oil ever since we had it changed. Took it back to have service look at it and they told us it was "residual oil" that got trapped during the oil change and they cleaned it out. That was 5 days ago and I'm still cleaning up oil off of my garage floor every day. It's still leaking.
