Took four phone calls to get through to make an appointment. Fiat service driveway is hidden with only a small sign to identify it. Only one person to write you up who can’t be in all places needed at one time with fellow employees of Jeep unwilling (and annoyed if asked) to help. Had to have parts of the paint coating reapplied after failure to remove road debris before installing ((I washed the car where I live in Tucson and was told the trip dirt would be addressed when I got there) and car was also driven through a muddy puddle before handing over a car that was just cleaned. Such service is simply careless and uncaring to the customer.

Your team is great! Jon is awesome and service oriented. You have way too few Alfa Romeo loaners and the process to get loaners takes too long. I base this on the Lexus and Mercedes service models. Alfa wants to be one of those brands and to do that is to have more like for like loaners (Alfa or not) . I know you all care and Jon works very hard!! I appreciate your overall service level so please take this as constructive criticism! Thanks!!

Couple of minor complaints: 1. The car was dirty upon pick up 2. The car clock was not reset. After waiting for one week to have it fixed that was the least you could do.
