Very good customer service. I was not in a hurry to complete my service, however, others were and the service rep maintained his courtesy of customers. I like that! The service was professional, right on time and despite the hot weather he remained cool. Contact was made once I left when I dropped my car off and again when it was ready. Easy Peazy!!!!
Thank you for the promptness with my vehicle and having the replacement battery that evening. It was unexpected event in the car battery not working but it was fixed efficiently and promptly as could be!

Jon was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Honestly the only employee of the Scottsdale Alfa Romeo that I have enjoyed working with. He is very kind and literally goes above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. I dropped my vehicle off at 7 am and by 5.30 when I picked up my vehicle the poor guy still hadn’t had a single break all day and still had not had a chance to eat his lunch yet. That is some serious dedication!
