Excellent service Recommendation to John Kenny Dropped my Car off at night ready for the morning Service and all parts labor and replacement where superb. Today My car Drove nice off the lot and got home with no issues. I will revisit for my regular maintenance even to drive 30 miles Thank you Fiat of Scottsdale.

Sales rep who showed me the car was excellent; subsequent hand off with sales manager on deal terms was aweful at best-didnt listen-just kept talking-came across as total fake/patronizing/old school sleezy deal guy that in 2019 shouldn’t even exist in a car purchase transaction anymore. Finance guy was ok. Car is pretty good but general experience of purchase was pretty ****. Happy to elaborate as needed... ****-****-xxxx. If Alfa want to break into the us market, they need to do much better in the up front customer experience...
