Such great personal attention. First with my calling to schedule an oil change with John, and then the personal face-to-face time I received when I arrived. I was never left to stand around looking for help. I think 6 different young men greeted me asking if I needed help, needed water to drink, and of course my service was too notch. I was very choosey where I took my Fiat 500c 1957 Edition 2019 that I bought as my very 1st car EVER. So the fact that I left with a smile on my face was priceless. John even backed Daisy (that's my Fiat's name) out for me when it was time to leave. 10 stars for sure!!! Did I mention personal attention?????? Thanks bunches!!! I felt like I was Queen bee while I was there. Like, you know, I was important or something.
I am not a young woman and have owned a lot of cars. Jon Kenny is the best Service Advisor I have ever had to deal with. It is a pleasure to have him greet me when I arrive.
