Jon Kenny is a wonder. I appreciate his quick service and thoughtfulness. The distancing for COVID19 and concern for my welfare was important. He also listens to my concerns about my car, which is necessary for my work as well as personal use, and explains what is being done in language I can understand every time I come in for service. That is why I continue to come to Scottsdale Fiat instead of other options. He is working during times when others will not and deserves praise, bonus, etc.
