I worked for a BMW dealership for over 25 years. Now, I am driving an Alfa Romeo Giulia because, it is simply a more engaging and entertaining car to drive. However, no matter how fantastic a vehicle might be, if service is questionable, it can potentially ruin the the complete ownership experience. My experience with Scottsdale Alfa Romeo was nothing short of spectacular! My service advisor, John Kenny, is an outstanding employee of yours. He addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner, without comprise, and second to no other marque. If he worked for me I would give him a raise.
